Kristine is a seasoned RCM professional with 25+ years of experience transforming revenue cycle operations, leading training and quality programs, and developing compliance-aligned processes for major healthcare organizations, including UHC/Optum and Dignity Health/CommonSpirit. She holds certifications in RCM and Six Sigma and is deeply committed to service through extensive community and volunteer work.
She draws on both her financial leadership experience and her United States Air Force service as a Medical Service Specialist Sergeant to bring a disciplined, people-first approach to every engagement.
Outside of work, Kristine enjoys hiking, reading, lives in Colorado, and spends her free time dabbling in interior design.
